This is a video clip from the comedy show called Whose Line Is It Anyway. Featuring Colin, Ryan and Wayne in a show-stopping number. They are working in an accounting firm (Los Angeles Accounting firm, perhaps?) and Ryan just got sacked from that boring place to work.
